Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day activities across service sites to ensure timely and quality execution
- Manage procurement, stock control, and vendor relationships
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and supporting documents for bids
- Support the adoption of digital tools for operations tracking and reporting
- Assist the Director in business development strategies, focusing on digital transformation products and services for our clients.
- Liaising with external parties (MOM, BCA, WSH bizSAFE, SSG etc.) to ensure smooth facilitation of courses
- Perform Company HR activity.
- Environment scanning, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and creating corresponding strategies and action plans.
Job Requirements
- Experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology Management, Business, or related field
- Experience in Training Management, Recruitment, Business Development and Operational Management
- Possess Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI)
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated drive to set and achieve aggressive goals while not compromising on the quality of the work
- Solid leadership skills and a proven ability to build great teams is required
- Proven analytical and project management skills
