Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a high-mix low volume manufacturing environment.
• Preferably in precision engineering and metal fabrication industry.
• An understanding of current ISO standards.
• 5 years of experience in managing a manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for production through-put and cycle lead-times.
• Responsible for effective management of production costs.
• Manage factory operations, ensuring safety and utilization of machinery.
• Lead and manage staff groups.
• Drive productivity improvements.
• Prepare monthly production reports.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for production through-put and cycle lead-times, quality control and delivery timeliness.
• Responsible for effective management of production costs.
• Responsible for factory operations, including ensuring safety & 5S, utilization and maintenance of machinery, and maximizing effective usage of factory space.
• Lead and manage groups of direct reporting staff, engineer, supervisor and workers.
• Drive productivity improvements.
• Prepare monthly production and analysis report to Senior Management.
• Provide technical support to sales and project team.
