Job description

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve organisation processes and workflow
• Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the operational level processes and ensure that the processes are clearly communicated at all levels
• Manage all operational functions and work closely with internal divisions and external customers to meet their requirements
• Manage cost-effectiveness and continually improve productivity and efficiency of the division level processes
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations
• Responsible for all operational department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees
• Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving, including resolving problems and complaints
• Provide weekly operation status report to General Manager
• Work closely with the General Manager and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time
