Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the ADDX platform for clients.
  • Collaborate with Issuance teams to set up investment offering pages and support the issuance process throughout its lifecycle.
  • Configure subscription and redemption windows for open-ended funds.
  • Work with Product and Technology teams to define specifications for new features and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Coordinate with IT and UAT teams regarding platform functionality, connectivity, and hotfix releases. Willing to perform occasional night and weekend duties during IT releases.
  • Lead projects to automate manual processes and enhance the platform.
  • Review and approve onboarding of investors and issuers, conducting due diligence and screening checks.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service to follow up on new account applications.
  • Draft and update operational process documents and manuals.
  • Prepare and review regulatory reports and participate in audits related to client onboarding and operations.
  • Handle platform and client request queries from internal departments.
  • Ensure daily processes are completed accurately and on time per SLAs.

Skills, Knowledge and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related finance discipline.
  • At least 6 years of experience in securities or fund operations within a financial institution; experience with investment platforms is a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years in client onboarding and periodic reviews of individual and corporate clients, with knowledge of MAS AML/CFT guidelines.
  • Experience assessing risk ratings and following up on high-risk clients regarding source of funds and wealth.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Driven, analytical, problem-solving skills, and a good team player.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of financial products such as private equity, hedge funds, and structured products.
