Multidata Engineering is seeking a capable and adaptable Operations Manager to lead and coordinate our core business operations. This role is central to ensuring smooth execution, resource coordination, and digital integration across our technology projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, supporting service delivery, and contributing to business development efforts. This role also offers the opportunity to learn and apply the latest technologies that are shaping the future of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities across service sites to ensure timely and quality execution
• Vendor Management: Manage procurement, stock control, and vendor relationships
• Sales & Sales Support: Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and supporting documents for bids
• Digital Enablement: Support the adoption of digital tools for operations tracking and reporting
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure operational compliance with BCA, MOM, and WSH bizSAFE standards
• Sustainability & Environmental Practices: Promote responsible practices in the deployment and maintenance of electronic systems, in line with Singapore’s environmental and workplace safety standards

What We Are Looking For

• Sales or client-facing experience will be an added advantage
• Experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Technology Management, Business, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adopt digital tools in a Microsoft-centric environment
• Experience in surveillance, access control, or infrastructure projects is a plus
• Familiarity with sustainability practices or interest in environmental responsibility
