This role ensures seamless onboarding, contracting, procurement, and financial tracking to enable successful project delivery.
Supplier Onboarding & ComplianceOversee the onboarding and reactivation of suppliers, ensuring all required documentation and compliance checks are completed. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues and maintain high standards of due diligence.
Contract ManagementManage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, amending, and terminating agreements. Coordinate with legal and business stakeholders to ensure contracts meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Track contract status and maintain accurate records.
Procurement & Payment OperationsProcess purchase requests and purchase orders, ensuring proper approvals and budget alignment. Liaise with finance and project teams to expedite payments and resolve any procurement-related issues.
Invoice Approval & Budget TrackingReview and approve supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracted services. Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
