Job summary

A cleaning service company based in Singapore is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning operations, maintain high service quality, and ensure safety adherence. Candidates should have a diploma and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping, with good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure, including on weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Good physical health and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work during weekends and Public Holidays.
• 3–5 years housekeeping / cleaning supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan schedules for specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable.
• Manage cleaning operations and liaise with clients for quality service.
• Ensure teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations.
• Perform cleaning using ride-on machinery and equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan schedules for specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilizing available manpower and equipment.
• Manage cleaning operations and liaise with clients to ensure quality service delivery.
• Ensure teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations.
• Experienced in cleaning duties such as dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, handling and disposing waste.
• Perform cleaning in the premises using appropriate ride-on machinery and/or equipment with supplies as directed.
• Respond proactively and resolve and prevent all customer service situations.
• Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
