Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan schedules for specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilizing available manpower and equipment.
- Manage cleaning operations and liaise with clients to ensure quality service delivery.
- Ensure teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations.
- Experienced in cleaning duties such as dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, handling and disposing waste.
- Perform cleaning in the premises using appropriate ride-on machinery and/or equipment with supplies as directed.
- Respond proactively and resolve and prevent all customer service situations.
- Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- In good physical health and able to work under pressure
- Able to work during weekends and Public Holidays
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and other local languages
- Diploma Holder and above
- 3–5 years housekeeping / cleaning supervisory experience
