Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Manager to supervise and manage overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of managerial experience in 3PL warehouse operations, strong leadership skills, and compliance knowledge with Singapore Customs regulations. The role includes managing stocks, training staff, and ensuring inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial position in 3PL Warehouse operations.
• Mature, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Experience in driving stacker required.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage overall warehouse operations.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
• Plan effective incident or crisis management initiatives.
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Manage compliance as per regulations of Singapore Customs.
• Seek continuous improvement opportunities.
• Foster a culture of best practices and staff motivation.
• Provide on-the-job training and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
  .
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
  .
• Handle other duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Singaporeans or PR only
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial position in 3PL Warehouse operations.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environments.
• Mature, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Forklift license and experience in driving stacker.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
