Job Description

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations by exercising demonstrated knowledge and experience in Food and Beverage management. This includes, but is not limited to, developing business, increasing profitability, staffing, budgeting, and forecasting management.

STRATEGIC PLANNING

  • Responsible for the financial performance of at least 2 brands, including profit & loss management and implementing appropriate cost control measures.
  • Manage the brands’ budgets and forecasts to meet or exceed management expectations.
  • Develop and recommend marketing plans to increase sales.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate future outlet openings.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee the daily operations of at least 2 brands.
  • Maintain and improve overall brand performance through cost analysis and process monitoring.
  • Supervise food safety and operational safety to ensure a comfortable environment for patrons.
  • Drive operational efficiencies by providing leadership to support the organization’s service culture and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Establish operational procedures and standards to ensure service quality and full compliance with SOPs, policies, and standards.
  • Maintain product and service quality standards through ongoing evaluations, complaint investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Manage, supervise, and develop a team of area managers, restaurant managers, supervisors, and staff to ensure optimal manpower utilization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager, Operations.
