Overview

Operations & Maintenance Supervisor — Location: Boon Lay

Working Days: 5, 5 work week

Working hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm, Sat: 7.30am to 12.45pm

Salary: Up to $4000 (subject to qualifications and experience) + OT

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize day-to-day operations of the facility
• Be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment
• Lead a group of workers, hauliers and tanker attendants, e.g. addressing issues or grievances, ensure proper facilitation of their job assignments
• Oversee and commit to plant safety procedures: WHS, FS
• Ensure stock count for cylinder tracking is timely and accurately reflected in our in-house system
• Communicate with other departments or parts of the plant to ensure smooth operations
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant work experience in Petroleum/Oil and Gas is preferred
• At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in a plant
• Experience ensuring overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment
