- Manage maintenance contracts — monitor contractor performance, ensure costs are tracked, and all documentation is properly maintained.
- Prepare and review reports, checklists, and maintenance documentation for management review and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments and external vendors to plan projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
- Support procurement activities, including sourcing for spare parts, tools, and maintenance services.
- Maintain accurate technical records, including failure logs, service reports, and asset documentation.
- Participate in system upgrades, replacements, and commissioning to support long‑term infrastructure reliability.
- Handle ad‑hoc user requests for installations, relocations, re‑wiring, or modifications of system components.
- Be on standby for urgent system support, including weekends and public holidays — ensuring timely response to critical incidents.
- Uphold compliance with all safety, operational, and cybersecurity standards.
- Lead and mentor Technical Officers (TOs), monitor work quality, and ensure safe and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Plan manpower schedules and duty rosters to maintain adequate operational coverage.
- Provide technical guidance, oversee shift handovers, and ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations.
- Identify and resolve operational issues proactively, recommending corrective and preventive measures.
