A logistics management company in Singapore seeks a skilled logistics coordinator to oversee transportation, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety standards. You will communicate with suppliers and vendors, track stock levels, and assist with project setups. A valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is required. Logistics Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee transportation, delivery schedules, and inventory movements.
Supplier & Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Inventory Control: Track and manage stock levels, procurement needs, and warehouse activities.
Project Support: Assist the coordinator team with event or project setup, dismantling, and on-site coordination where required.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline operational workflows.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of shipments, orders, and inventory; prepare periodic logistics reports.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operational and logistics activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
