Job summary

A local production company in Singapore is looking for detail-oriented personnel to join their team in production and packing. Responsibilities include quality inspection, packing and labeling products, and maintaining accurate inventory records using Excel. Ideal candidates have a minimum education of Secondary / N-Level and should be reliable team players with good attention to detail. Experience in logistics or packing is a plus along with the ability to work beyond standard hours.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in production, quality checking, packing, or logistics is an advantage.
• Able to read and understand simple work instructions and delivery documents.
• Must be able to support other production/logistics tasks as assigned and able to perform repetitive tasks.

Job description

We are seeking for a detail-oriented, hands‑on and responsible personnel to join our team. If you are looking for a stable role in production and packing, we would love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing

• Inspect and check products for quality, defects, or discrepancies.
• Verify product quantity, labeling, and specifications before packing.
• Pack, seal, and label products accurately according to requirements.
• Liaise with the Production and Admin team for Delivery Orders to ensure accurate packing of customer orders.
• Coordinate with local courier/logistics providers for timely collection and dispatch.
• Record incoming and outgoing stock inventory counts accurately using Excel.
• Ensure products are properly handled to avoid damage during packing, storage, or delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production/packing area.
• Report defective or non‑conforming products to the supervisor.
• Support stock counting, inventory checks, and other production/logistics tasks as assigned.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum Secondary / N‑Level or equivalent.
• Prior experience in production, quality checking, packing, or logistics is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for inventory recording).
• Able to read and understand simple work instructions and delivery documents.
• Must be able to support other production/logistics tasks as assigned and able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
• Good attention to detail, reliable, and responsible.
• Team player with a positive working attitude.
• Residing in Singapore and able to work beyond standard working hours when required.
