Job summary

Syfe is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our APAC-backed digital wealth platform. You will gain hands-on exposure to daily reconciliation processes, break resolution, and transaction investigation within a fast-paced financial services environment.

You will support cross-account reconciliation, escalate issues with the Operations team, and help ensure data accuracy and completeness across systems.

Qualifications

• Candidates with no experience and polytechnic graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/VBA.
• Able to adapt, learn, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Available to start in September 2026 and commit full-time for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations processes across assigned accounts, currencies, or transaction types.
• Match and reconcile transaction data across systems to check for accuracy and completeness.
• Review reconciliation results to help identify discrepancies or breaks.
• Assist in investigating discrepancies and following them through to resolution.
• Work closely with the Operations team to escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
