Pancake King is hiring an Operations / HR Executive to oversee 10 outlets and 30-50 staff in Singapore.

Job Scope:

• Staff rostering
• Staff training and motivation
• Onsite operations: Quality control of food, cleanliness, tidiness and service across 10 outlets (You will be required to visit different stores daily)
• Hiring of service staff and bakers
• Occasional onsite customer service staff due to manpower needs
• Any other ad hoc duties
• 2-3 years of experience in F&B

Training and mentoring for this role will be provided.

It’s a flexi 5-day work week that may include weekends if a shift needs covering.
