Job summary

A leading staffing agency in Singapore is seeking an individual for building maintenance management. Key responsibilities include planning maintenance activities, supervising vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety requirements. The candidate should possess at least a GCE N/O or ‘A’ Levels / Diploma and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to start immediately. This role supports quality enhancement and operational efficiency efforts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and controlling building maintenance activities.
  • Plan preventive maintenance schedules for facilities.
  • Monitor efficiency and warranties of equipment.
  • Work with stakeholders on health and safety procedures.
  • Support vendor management for essential services.
  • Liaise with Operations & Facility Management.
  • Supervise vendors for compliance.
  • Conduct inspections on maintenance and services.
  • Track biomedical equipment servicing schedules.
  • Test rehabilitation and gym equipment.
  • Prepare statistics and management reports.
  • Assign maintenance job requests and monitor timelines.
  • Ensure timely completion of repair works.
  • Manage IT-related matters with HQ MIS.
  • Participate in technology innovation initiatives.
  • Support Operations Manager with operational issues.
  • Perform duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and controlling activities related to effective building maintenance and management

  • Plan deployments and preventive maintenance schedules for building facilities

  • Monitor the efficiency, lifespan and warranty periods of building facilities, machines and equipment

  • Work with stakeholders to design Standard Operating Procedures for facilities and equipment related to health and safety

  • Support vendor management for supplies and essential services such as security, landscaping, pest control, waste management, linen, housekeeping and meals

  • Liaise with Operations & Facility Management for effective vendor coordination

  • Supervise vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with contractual and safety requirements

  • Conduct regular inspections on building maintenance, cleanliness, security services and food service delivery

  • Track and monitor biomedical equipment servicing and ensure compliance with servicing schedules

  • Test and service rehabilitation and gym equipment to ensure proper functioning

  • Prepare statistics and management reports

  • Assign maintenance job requests and monitor completion timelines

  • Ensure preventive and ad-hoc repair works are completed promptly and maintain related documentation

  • Manage IT-related matters and liaise with HQ MIS for technical support

  • Participate in continuous improvement, quality enhancement and technology innovation initiatives

  • Support the Operations Manager in resolving operational issues

  • Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor, including activities that may occasionally fall outside standard working hours
