A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated operations manager to oversee daily activities related to specialty chemical products. Responsibilities include managing production teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role offers opportunities for travel and requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations related to specialty chemical products, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
Lead, supervise, and provide guidance to production technicians and operators to ensure efficient production activities and foster a positive, high-performance work environment.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational issues that arise during the production process in a timely and effective manner.
Monitor stock levels of equipment spare parts and consumables to ensure availability and prevent production downtime.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair activities, including managing relationships with external service providers. Maintain accurate maintenance records to support future reference and effective troubleshooting.
Assist in the development, review, and implementation of manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Support compliance and documentation for ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 audits and related activities.
Identify and implement process improvements and optimization initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

Min. Bachelor's Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Production Engineering or any other related field.
Min. 3 years ഞ work phenomenon experiences. Prior experience in operations management or facility management within a semiconductor wafer manufacturing environment or similar high-tech manufacturing is preferred.
