• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Job Description

• Handle feedback and service requests promptly.

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance to keep the mall running smoothly.

• Assist the Operations Manager with budgeting, maintenance contracts, and expense control.

• Conduct regular inspections of common areas and building surroundings, and ensure follow-up on maintenance work.

• Coordinate tenant fit-out works and supervise contractors to ensure quality and safety.

• Lead technicians and manage vendors to maintain high service standards.

• Liaise with government agencies and internal teams on all mall management and maintenance matters.

• Ensure all facilities meet statutory, safety, and environmental requirements.

• Prepare maintenance and incident reports accurately and on time.

• Be part of the Emergency Response Team (e.g., Site Incident Controller, First Aider).

• Support Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) activities, including permit approvals, risk assessments, and safety checks.

• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management

• Experience in facility management in shopping mall or retail environment will be an added advantage
