A logistics company based in Singapore is seeking a full-time role focused on day-to-day supply chain operations and administrative support. Responsibilities include coordinating with customers, managing documentation for trucking needs, and ensuring compliance with audit standards. The ideal candidate should hold a degree and possess critical thinking, good communication, and analytical skills. Experience in logistics environments is preferred.
To support the day-to-day supply chain or logistics activities of our customers which can cover end-to-end billing and invoicing and other documentation including managing customer requirements. You are required to coordinate with customers contractors truckers and transporters to support the execution of these activities. You are also required to handle staff administrative matters together with a team of supervisors and admin staff.
