  • Lead and manage non-nursing staff at service points.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, retention, and engagement.
  • Facilitate effective two-way communication between staff and management.
  • Represent the department in committees and contribute to initiatives.
Job description
Overview

Oversee assigned clinical service points, ensuring smooth daily operations including front counter services, administrative matters, and process improvements.



  • Collaborate with Nurse Managers and stakeholders to resolve operational issues and enhance patient care delivery.

  • Work with department managers to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience across the continuum of care.

  • Ensure facilities are safe, patient-friendly, and aligned with service excellence standards.

  • Partner operations and administrative teams to achieve customer satisfaction targets.

  • Develop and implement innovative services to improve service levels and enhance customer experience.

  • Drive performance by meeting volume and financial targets for assigned clinical services.

  • Prepare business plans in collaboration with clinical chiefs to meet organisational goals.

  • Manage annual budgeting, conduct regular reviews with clinical heads, and explore new business opportunities.

  • Lead and manage non-nursing staff at service points, including performance appraisals, training, and career development.

  • Oversee staff recruitment, retention, and engagement to ensure a skilled, stable, and motivated workforce.

  • Facilitate effective two-way communication between staff and management, ensuring timely dissemination of information and escalation of issues.

  • Represent the department in committees and contribute to organisational initiatives.

  • Participate in job rotations to other operational areas after three years.


Qualifications


  • Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in healthcare.
