Job summary

A leading business federation in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to manage the Central Kitchen Management System and carry out operations planning. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with SAP systems. This role involves generating forecasts and creating production orders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Run the Central Kitchen Management System and SAP MM & PP modules.
• Generate sales/production forecast and material requirement projection
• Create production orders and collect production results/data for system posting
• Work with various team to create and upkeep master data in systems
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Min 3 year experience in operations planning and control
• Good knowledge of range of food materials, their supply chain, specification and quality
• Understanding of food preparation, cooking and packing processes
• Strong ability to analyze data, plan operation, connect to execution and improve planning
• Familiar with SAP, MES and other manufacturing systems
