• Manage vessel movements, cargo handling, and port operations.
• Oversee blending processes to maintain quality standards.
• Handle vessel scheduling, chartering, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor vessel performance, bunker consumption, and voyage profitability.
• Investigate discrepancies in cargo quantity and quality.
• Implement measures to minimize transportation and storage losses.
• Calculate laytime, demurrage, and manage claims.
• Collaborate with surveyors to ensure accurate cargo documentation.
• Identify trends in losses and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure vessel compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Provide reports and updates to management and other business units.
