- Supervise loading and discharging processes along with documentation.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of multiple tankers in collaboration with the Chartering team and internal ship management.
- Act as the main point of contact with charterers, brokers, agents, and vessels on voyage instructions and schedules.
- Monitor compliance with charter party agreements, arrange agency services, and manage shipping documents.
- Assess stowage plans and tank cleaning schedules under the direction of the Head of Operations.
- Coordinate with masters, owners, and agents, providing guidance on cargo loading, discharging, and stowage.
- Supervise loading and discharging processes along with the preparation of related documentation.
- Submit operational reports and updates to the Head of Operations.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
