Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Provide direct support to the Operations Director in daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of all job orders and project deliverables.
• Oversee and coordinate daily operational functions, including effective manpower planning and resource allocation.
• Conduct daily briefings and disseminate key announcements to drivers and operational staff.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines to ensure assignments are carried out efficiently and on schedule.
• Advise management on matters related to fleet operations, asset vehicles, and driver performance.
• Take charge of resolving operational and ground-level issues promptly to minimize disruption.
• Manage and oversee inventory, warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes to ensure optimal performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure high-quality service delivery, reliable equipment performance, and deployment of competent manpower.

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong command of written and spoken English.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Mandarin) preferred to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations.
• Proven leadership experience of at least 3 years, with strong people management and team coordination abilities.
• Highly organized, solution-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Creative, proactive, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
