Job summary

A recruitment agency in logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage import and export processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely delivery. Candidates should have a Diploma in Logistics or Business Operations and 2 years of experience in logistics or order management. Training will be provided for fresh graduates. This role offers a one-year contract in Singapore with a salary up to $4000.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma holder in Logistics or Business Operations related field.
  • 2 years of experience in Logistics / Order Management.
  • Able to work effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and plan import & export process and customs documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with government laws and customs regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, forwarders & customers on orders/shipment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Managing and planning import & export process, customs documentation, shipping, and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure correct arrival time.
  • Ensuring compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations.
  • Works closely with warehouse to ensure smooth receiving/delivery of goods.
  • Handle all sales, import/export related documentation.
  • Co-ordinate with all relevant stakeholder to ensure smooth execution of sales.
  • Timely update of forecast, sales, inventory, account receivable reports.
  • Prepare bank's document for Letter of Credit negotiation.
  • Prepare SAP related tasks such as Sales order, Purchase Orders, Credit/Debit Notes.
  • Co-ordinate with vendors, forwarders & customers on orders/shipment/payment issues.
  • Monitor & update ageing list & account receivables.
  • Prepare monthly sales / delivery reports.
  • Any other duties assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma holder in Logistics or Business Operations related field.
  • 2 years of experience in Logistics / Order Management.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • SAP knowledge, good organization and project management skills are preferrable.
  • Those without experience are welcome to apply as on-the-job training will be provided
