Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the healthcare facility to ensure efficient delivery of quality patient care.

• Build effective relationships with local networks, including patients, referrals, suppliers, and medical professionals, to address service delivery challenges swiftly.

• Serve as the primary contact for site consultants and oncology specialists to foster collaborative relationships.

• Take charge of financial management, including the preparation and oversight of the annual budget and capital maintenance plans.

• Partner with the Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth by promoting site services and identifying new revenue opportunities.

• Implement and evaluate clinical governance and risk management plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Address reported incidents and feedback by developing and executing improvement plans.

• Manage the accreditation process by ensuring compliance with recommendations and conducting audits.

• Review policies and procedures to ensure best practices are upheld for optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or equivalent roles within the healthcare sector.

• Proven ability to lead and engage team members in delivering safe and high-quality healthcare services in a regulated environment.
