Job summary
A leading tech organization in Singapore is seeking a Facility Operations Support professional to manage client operations and ensure smooth facility functioning. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance services, record keeping, and direct communication with external clients. Candidates should have at least 1 year of administrative experience and be available for on-call duties after hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in office / administrative support.
- Experience in pharmaceutical / manufacturing / office is a plus.
- Required to be on call after office hours in case of emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Manage client’s facility operations.
- Maintain daily records for system breakdown.
- Supervise routine maintenance services.
- Interact with external customers and regulatory authorities.

- Work with Manager to manage client’s facility operations
- Daily record keeping for system breakdown
- Work order arrangement and new work order creation in SAP system
- Check and verify workers’ overtime
- Trace third parties’ quotations for cost‑saving verification and project support
- Attend to urgent calls
- Supervise routine maintenance services
- Interact with external customers, companies and/or regulatory authorities
- Assist in site and system inspections
- Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in office / administrative support
- Team player with good communication and people skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical / manufacturing / office is a plus
- Works at designated properties during business hours but is required to be on call after office hours in case of emergencies
