Job summary

A logistics company based in Singapore is seeking a candidate experienced in Bulk Shipment Logistics. Qualifications

• At least a Diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in Bulk Shipment, with base metals experience being an advantage.
• Good knowledge of incoterms and relevant shipping terms.
• Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify & monitor all shipment documents.
• Arrange timely payments to vendors & monitor receivables.
• Act as point of contact for communication with customers, vendors & shipping companies.

• Arranging of timely payments to vendors & monitor receivables from customers
• Serves as point of contract for communication with customers, vendors & shipping companies

Requirements

• At least a Diploma
• At least 1 year of experience in Bulk Shipment, candidate with base metals experience has an advantage
• Good knowledge incoterms (CFR, FOB, CIF etc), LC, UCP 600 and URC522
• Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts.
