Job summary

A dynamic company in Singapore is seeking a bilingual professional proficient in English and Japanese to provide communication and operational support. You will act as an interpreter and translator for meetings and documents, facilitate communication between management and local staff, and provide general support in daily operational matters. Working Hours

5-day work week (Monday to Friday)

Monthly Salary

Up to S$3,500/month (Negotiable)

Job Responsibilities

Communication Support:

• Act as interpreter and translator (English - Japanese) for meetings, documents, and daily communications.
• Facilitate smooth communication between the management team (Japanese-speaking members included) and local staff.
• Ensure accurate understanding and follow-up on management directives and feedback across teams.

Operational Support:

• Provide general support to management in daily operational matters.
• Consolidate reports and KPIs, and coordinate information flow between HQ and outlets.
• Support planning and execution of store operations and manpower arrangements as required.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Japanese to perform translation and interpretation tasks as required for business operations.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
  Experience in interpretation/translation, or management/operations support.
• Previous working experience in the F&B industry, especially in multi-outlet operations.
• Hands‑on experience in store operations, planning, or project execution.
