Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive specializing in airfreight export. The candidate will execute MAWB/HAWB, monitor shipments, and handle billing. Relevant experience in managing A.O.G. shipments and ability to cope with high volumes is essential. Work hours include standard weekdays with occasional overtime. Competitive salary offered within the range of $3,300 – $4,000.

Operations Executive (Airfreight Export)

• Salary Range: $3,300 – $4,000
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 6PM, 5.25 days (Alt Sat 8.30am to 1pm)
• Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Job Description:

• Execution of MAWB/HAWB
• Monitoring and following up of export shipment and checking shipment status
• Create billing, shipment details and permit declaration, email to customers or overseas agent
• Familiar with CCN
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Job requirements:

• With relevant experience in handling A.O.G. shipment, willing to standby after office hours on Sat/Sun/PH as and when required
• Able to perform OT hours (if requires)
• Able to cope with high volume of jobs and urgent shipments
