Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Operations Manager in daily operational and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with the preparation, tracking, and management of sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to streamline workflows.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and highlight variances to targets.
  • Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
  • Support process improvements to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members on tools and processes.
Requirements
