Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities. The role will manage and coordinate the flow of goods, information and payments across the supply chain, ensuring efficient and effective subsidiary order fulfillment, sea stock replenishment and dock stock management.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations related to Sea Store and Dry Dock stock.
  • Plan, organize and execute operational requirements efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Manage supply chain activities including shipping, transport, warehousing, distribution, sourcing and inventory control.
  • Prepare and present Dry Dock (AF) reports for monthly meetings with the team.
  • Ensure all operations and documentation comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse teams and transport partners to resolve operational issues.
  • Track and coordinate ad hoc and urgent orders requiring special attention.
  • Support internal and external audits as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent. Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, warehousing or logistics. Work experience in marine or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Familiar with ERP system.
  • Knowledge of HS&E compliance also ISO standards will be an added advantage.
