A fleet management company located in Singapore is looking for a professional to manage daily fleet maintenance and operations. Responsibilities include planning schedules, maintaining vehicle status, and ensuring good customer service. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in relevant fields and hold a Higher NITEC/NITEC/Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
Manage daily fleet maintenance and operations (passenger/commercial vehicles).
Planning, coordinating schedules and monitoring of vehicle status.
Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, providing good customer service.
Coordinate with internal and external customers to support daily deliveries.
Coordinate vehicle inspection, maintenance and servicing of fleet.
Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the fleet.
Any other jobs assigned.
