We are seeking an experienced Operation Executive to join our team. This full-time position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and maintain detailed daily schedules and work plans to coordinate the activities of various teams.
  • Assist daily tasks and matters in the Operations Department.
  • Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to gather and disseminate information, ensuring effective communication across the organization.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project planning and coordination.
  • Preparing reports and documentation to track project performance and communicate progress to management.
  • Supporting the implementation of health, safety and environmental policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
What we're looking for
