Job description

The Operations Executive supports the smooth execution of production and installation activities by coordinating schedules, managing stock movement, and ensuring accurate reporting. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to maintain efficiency across the company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reserve and commit stock for production orders via SAP B1.
  • Prepare and update production and installation reports.
  • Manage production and installation schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Raise stock-related issues and coordinate with the Purchasing Department for replenishment.
  • Verify and countercheck production sheets to minimize errors.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling workers’ courses and other operational activities.
  • Ensure accurate attendance tracking for project costing and manpower reporting.
  • Ensure the health and safety of the operational team by upholding and enforcing workplace safety standards.
  • Support general administrative tasks related to operations and handle any ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.
Requirements
  • ITE or Diploma in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations-related role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of SAP B1 is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Highly motivated and hardworking with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Possession of a valid WSH Coordinator certification will be a strong advantage.
