Overview

The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable transportation services for elderly passengers with mobility challenges. This role involves managing drivers, coordinating schedules, maintaining compliance with regulations, and optimizing operational processes to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. The Operations Executive possess the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with mobility challenges.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily transportation operations, ensuring timely and safe pickups/drop-offs for passengers.
  • Develop and optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
  • Monitor fleet performance, including vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and repair needs.
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly equipped for wheelchair accessibility and meet safety standards.
  • Prepare reports on performance, service metrics, and improvement initiatives.

2. Staff Supervision & Training:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise drivers and operational staffs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve service quality.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and training.

3. Safety:

  • Maintain accurate records of driver certifications, vehicle inspections, and incident reports.
  • Implement and enforce safety policies to protect passengers and staff.

4. Customer Service & Communication:

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Work closely with customers to schedule and adjust transport services as needed.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer care, particularly for elders passengers.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Secondary Education without GCE 'O' / 'N' Level or equivalent
  • Experience: 2 years in operations management
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Positive mindset and good communications skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions
  • Office-based with occasional fieldwork to monitor operations.
