Job description

Overview

Lead and support the team in various tasks related to events, retail, and warehouse operations, with a focus on overseeing field deployments and managing on-site activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the delivery of marketing materials such as prints, premiums, and marketing collaterals to designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
• Oversee the setup, execution, and rectification of visual merchandising (VM) displays, including troubleshooting retail demos and other retail installations.
• Lead the preparation and organization of deployment materials for field teams, ensuring all resources are ready for on-site activities.
• Supervise and maintain the organization and tidiness of the warehouse, ensuring materials are properly stored and easily accessible.
• Drive and transport team members and materials to event sites, retail locations, and other designated areas when needed.
• Provide on-the-ground support during events, roadshows, and deployments, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues that arise.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required to ensure the efficient operation of the team and successful completion of projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Class 3 Driving License required.
• Work experience in visual merchandising, IT Retail advantageous but not crucial
• 5 Day Work Week (10am – 7pm). May be required to work paid OT beyond stipulated working hours to support urgent events, roadshows or deployments
• Male applicants must have completed National Service (NS)
