Role Overview

As an Operations Executive at LTC Office Supplies Pte Ltd, you are responsible for ensuring smooth operations in four main areas: Sales & Administrative Support, Logistics support, Large Format Printing, and Website Maintenance. Your performance will be measured based on accuracy, timeliness, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company procedures.

Key Responsibilities & KPI Expectations
1. Sales & Administrative Support

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and purchase orders using company software.
  • Maintain organized filing of invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders for easy retrieval.
2. Printing (Large Format Printing)

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain large format printers to produce high-quality banners, posters, and signage.
  • Complete print jobs according to customer specifications and agreed timelines.
3. Website Maintenance & Digital Support

Responsibilities:

  • Update company website with new products, pricing, and promotions promptly.
4. CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
Additional Responsibilities

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to warehouse and logistics when needed.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Skills & Competencies Required
