Job description

The Operations Executive supports our team in operations, purchasing, and finance to ensure smooth daily operations at our wholesale bakery The Granary Bakehouse which is located at Mandai Link Logistics.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers for orders and to maintain positive customer experience
  • Prepare daily delivery schedule and work with delivery staff to ensure smooth delivery operations
  • Assist in production planning to keep optimal product inventory and minimal wastage
  • Assist with ordering of ingredients and stock taking
  • Assist in creating and implementing SOPs and work with production team to improve product quality and consistency
  • Work with packing staff to pack products accurately
Requirements:
  • Good attitude and hardworking
  • Interest in F&B especially bakery
  • Basic Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Attentive to details and meticulous to ensure smooth operations with minimal errors
  • Good interpersonal skills so as to build good working relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
  • Able to work independently and within a team as majority of tasks to be managed independently, while liaising with others
  • Good problem-solving skills to ensure continued operations in the face of challenges
