Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including filing and document management.
  • Assist with scheduling, logistics, and operational activities.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for efficient communication.
  • Providing support for Project Management, including data entry, reporting and record-keeping.
  • Performing various other tasks as required to support the overall operations of the business.
  • Track and control expenses related to fuel, repairs, maintenance, tolls, and insurance.
  • Liaise with workshops/service providers for timely repairs and servicing.
  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations, licensing, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration, road tax, insurance, and inspection schedules.

Working Schedule: 5 days work week

What you'll be doing
  1. Providing administrative support, including filing, document management, and general office duties
  2. Assisting with the coordination of operational activities, scheduling, and logistics
