Job summary

A security services company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to manage the deployment of security officers, handle daily reports, and respond to officer inquiries. The ideal candidate must be able to work public holidays and weekends and has strong organizational skills. This is an on-site position that requires effective communication and management of reports and attendance.

• Willingness to work on public holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deploy officers and manage daily activities.
• Update deployment information and site conditions.
• Handle cash and ensure transactions are forwarded to the office.

Job description

Daily Routines

• Deployment / Last minute activate relief officer
• Update Deployment info google drive
• Update Site condition, Incidences, Deployment status through Watsapp daily
• Handle cash after work and forward all transactions to office daily
• Arrange for OJT

Weekly Routines

• Rostering

Monthly Routines

• Plan / Update Monthly sites Rosters
• Plan and submit Officers Off days to Payroll

As and when required

• Notification for officers in PLRD Portal
• Ensure collection of weekly attendance especially for sites that requires attendance record for billing
• Follow-up on OJT & other administrative forms that need to be returned to office
• Attend to officers’ queries including those about wages
• Check application forms for completeness before submission to HR
• Issue uniforms and follow- up on return of uniforms by officers who resigned
• Follow- up on incident reports & action taken (AAR); Follow-up on field officers’ daily reports submission
• Follow-up on officers’ leave application approval & leave forms for filing
• Claim by officers
• Schedule for training of Officers
• Recruiting Relief Officers

Yearly requirements

• Assist with Yearly Grading Exercise
