Coordinate stock movements, equipment delivery, and replenishment between outlets and warehouse.


Perform routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.


Support outlet setup, renovation, and maintenance coordination.


Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal departments for operational requirements.


Troubleshoot on-site issues promptly and provide practical solutions.


Logistics & Administrative Duties


Drive company vehicle to deliver or collect items, documents, or materials between outlets.


Maintain proper records of inventory transfers, equipment usage, and service schedules.


Monitor asset condition and coordinate for repair, replacement, or servicing.


Assist with purchasing, receiving, and inventory management.


Support management in special events, ad-hoc projects, and administrative reporting.
