Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery arrangements and carry heavy loads.
• Set up, decorate, and prepare catering areas according to specific directions and layout plans established by the manager/customer.
• Build and maintain good working relationship with clients and serve the food with a positive and courteous demeanour.
• Clean and sanitise all equipment, utensils, dining ware, linens, serving ware, and work areas.
• Restock clean equipment, utensils, and equipment to proper storage areas noting any damages and items to be replaced.
• Organise and prepare clean equipment, utensils, and equipment for catering events.
• Understand and comply with mandatory hygiene standards and requirements.
• Coordinate with sales personnel on customer issue during delivery.
• To collect cash and check from customer upon delivery for COD order.
• Any other duties and tasks in the area assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Requirements
