The role involves coordinating the movement of Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs), including pickups and medical check arrangements. Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day coordinations across offices.
• Pick Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs) from port of entry.
• Send MDWs for medical checks and training courses.

Island Maids is a well-established maid agency with branch offices conveniently located around Singapore. We are looking for an operation executive who is able to manage the day to day coordinations across our offices.

Roles & Requirements

• 1) Possess Class 3 license
• 2) Possess Bus Driver Vocational License (BDVL)
• 3) Pick Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs) from port of entry
• 4) Pick MDWs from SHN accomodations
• 5) Send MDWs for medical checks
• 6) Send MDWs for training courses
• 7) Send MDWs to and fro company's hostel to branch offices and MOM.
• 8) Other Ad Hoc requirements
• 9) Required to work on Sundays

Individual must be well organised and able to plan routes efficiently.
