Overview

Ezymath Studio is looking for an experienced Operations Executive to join our team. In this full-time position based in Sembawang, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our thriving business. As an integral member of our administration and office support team, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational duties that contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, record-keeping, and coordinating office supplies and inventory
  • Assisting with the scheduling of replacement / extra lessons during exam periods
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflows and the implementation of company policies and procedures, including printing of materials
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as required to support the operations and growth of the business
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in an office environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
