A shipping company based in Singapore is seeking an Operations Coordinator to assist in managing vessels and coordinating daily operational activities. Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager to manage owner's vessels and Agency vessels.
• Coordinate daily operational activities with vessels, updating her ETA, ETD.
• Apply to Port Authority for Vessels Arrival, Departure and ordering of Tugs.
• Arrange to take delivery of documents and spares to ships.
• Attend to crew matters.
• Ensure timely compliance on submission of Documents to Port Authority.
• Liaise and update interested parties on ship movements.
• Prepare estimated Port Disbursements Accounts & Final Disbursement account.
• Husbanding of Vessels in Port including boarding of vessels.
• Any other tasks assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager to manage owner's vessels and Agency vessels.
• Coordinate daily operational activities with vessels, updating her ETA, ETD with Oil Terminals, Suppliers & other Service Providers for proper and smooth operations of the vessels under your charge.
• Apply to Port Authority for Vessels Arrival, Departure and ordering of Tugs, Pilots, fresh water supply, de-slopping matters.
• Arrange to take delivery of documents and spares to ships.
• Attend to crew matters.
• Ensure timely compliance on submission of Documents to Port Authority and relevant Statutory Bodies.
• Liaise and update interested parties such as Shipowners, Charterers and Principals on ship movements.
• Prepare estimated Port Disbursements Accounts & Final Disbursement account to Owners Updating of SOA and Payments (Agency).
• Husbanding of Vessels in Port including boarding of vessels, delivery of Cash to Master.
• Any other tasks assigned or delegate to you from time to time.
