Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other department colleagues, customers, ship owners, agents and shipyards (SRM) with operation work plans.
- Filling and compiling necessary documents or service reports to pass to next department.
- Apply or renew various job-related permits; PSA/ Jurong Port/ Import-export permit, EPIC application and process.
- Distribute Public Liability and WICA insurance policy documents to respective shipyards.
- Manage company lorry vehicle for ad-hoc servicing & delivery.
- Assist in purchasing ad-hoc taxi e-voucher card for general works usage.
- Support ad-hoc activities within scope of operations, operations related management systems, and innovation areas.
- Apply and renewal of all operation work passes eg. shipyard pass – 2-way tag, HSE induction, shipyard passes and tags.
- Apply visa and other necessary documents for overseas jobs.
- Assist in organising OJT training for operations employees.
- Supporting in activities related to NAV system, MES system, 5S (Printing of delivery orders, releasing RA, collecting/distributing of monthly 5S documents etc.).
Requirements
