Responsibilities
  • Perform site audits across the projects we manage, administers surveys, and prepare working papers that are aligned with internal audit standard
  • Analyse how risks can be mitigated, and identify the root cause of related issues
  • Communicates the audit findings via written reports to the site manager, which includes highlighting areas for improvement and recommendations for bridging performance gaps
  • Other ad-hoc duties relating to office facilities, and office administration (as and when necessary)
Requirements
  • Technical knowledge of M&E
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and problem-solving skill
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Exercise discretion and sound judgment
  • Exude a professional, corporate image and exercise a high level of integrity and work ethic at all times
