Job Description
  • Lead new plant installations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Provide hands-on technical support throughout project lifecycles.
  • Optimize quality, productivity, and cost across co-manufacturing sites.
  • Troubleshoot processing issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Conduct audits and drive corrective actions with partners.
  • Execute trials for new processes and formulations.
  • Collaborate on product improvements and packaging innovations.
  • Evaluate new suppliers and manufacturing partners for feasibility.
The Successful Applicant
  • At least 4+ years in food/beverage manufacturing, preferably in liquid processing.
  • Strong understanding of aseptic and low-acid beverage production.
  • Proficient in P&ID design and processing equipment.
  • Familiar with HACCP, GMP, ISO standards.
  • Excellent communicator, team collaborator, and problem solver.
