We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Director to lead and optimize the daily operations of our clinics and health service network in Singapore, ensuring the highest standards of service quality and efficient business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations, personnel, and business performance of all existing and future Singapore-based clinics/service centers.
- Develop and implement standardized Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction meet the Group's international standards.
- Monitor facility management, service flow, and compliance regarding the quality of TCM herbs/products.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Be responsible for the recruitment, training, evaluation, and motivation of the local operations team, fostering a professional, efficient, and cohesive work culture.
- Develop and execute staff development programs to enhance the team's professional skills and cross-cultural communication abilities.
Performance and Growth:
- Based on Group strategy, formulate and execute annual and quarterly operational plans and budgets for the Singapore market, and be accountable for key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize data analytics to identify operational bottlenecks and growth opportunities, proposing effective solutions to boost revenue and profitability.
Compliance and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as the primary operational leader in Singapore, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with China headquarters and local functional departments (Finance, HR, Marketing, IT).
- Ensure all operational activities strictly comply with Singapore’s healthcare, labor, and business regulations, particularly those pertaining to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
Requirements
- Experience: Must have at least 5 years of living and working experience in Singapore, with a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience overseeing the operations of 4-5 or more multi-unit/chain outlets locally (e.g., F&B, Retail, Service Industry).
- Strong Plus: Direct operational experience in the healthcare, wellness, or TCM clinic sector is highly advantageous.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
